Baku: A joint meeting of the Economic Council and the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding was held today, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Ali Asadov and focused on the strategic development of Azerbaijan's oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Discussions included strategic goals related to oil refining and petrochemicals, future development prospects, and the sustainable supply of domestic demand for petroleum products in the long term.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting featured a presentation by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, who addressed the issues on the agenda. Participants included members of the Economic Council and the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding, as well as invited guests such as the Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
At the conclusion of the meeting, decisions were made, and instructions were given to the Management Board of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding, SOCAR, and relevant institutions to further the discussed objectives.
