Khankendi: The Fifth Meeting of the Heads of Agencies Responsible for the Development of Human Resources of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Khankendi. The meeting addressed key issues such as the influence of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on human resource development, innovative approaches to managing human resources, and the development of human capital to meet contemporary challenges. It also focused on expanding the exchange of experiences among OTS member states in this domain.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Maleyka Abbaszade, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan's State Examination Center, expressed confidence that the discussions would pave the way for innovative and equitable governance aligned with modern challenges. She emphasized that these discussions would further solidify the institutional foundations of long-term partnerships among the member states of the OTS.
The event featured speeches from Nuru Guliyev, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS, and Gunduz Karimov, Head of the Department of Legislation and Legal Policy of the Presidential Administration. The speakers highlighted the significance of enhancing digital skills among civil servants and the importance of cooperation in this area within the OTS.
Bilal Sentrk, Director General of Personnel and Principles of the Presidency of the Republic of Trkiye, underscored the necessity of systematic and results-oriented cooperation in human resources development across the Turkic world. Discussions also touched on the professional development of civil servants, the enhancement of their digital skills, the upholding of ethical principles, and preparing institutions for technological advancements.
