Baku: Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, has sent a letter of congratulation to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from Kim Jong Un extended congratulations to President Aliyev and the Government and people of Azerbaijan. The North Korean leader expressed his hope for strengthened and developed friendly relations between the two countries, emphasizing mutual interests as the foundation for these relations.
