The conflict situation around the activities of "Volt Azerbaijan", a food delivery company in Azerbaijan, has not yet been resolved. Today the "Small and Medium Business Development Agency" ("KOBIA") expressed its support to the company. "KOBIA" held a meeting with the company's management on the situation with "Volt Azerbaijan" LLC. The meeting exchanged views on the situation that has arisen in the company over the past few days and heard the opinion of the company's management. "KOBIA" is always close to entrepreneurs in accordance with its powers and within the limits of its authority provides support to business entities in defence of their legitimate interests. As for the current situation, "KOBIA" is ready to support the protection of the legitimate interests of the company and contribute to the resolution of the situation," the agency said in a statement following the meeting. At the same time, the company's management was instructed not to overlook the issues of protecting the rights and health of consumers and ensuring the interests of those involved in food delivery. Recall that on 14 August, amid the arrests of several "Volt Azerbaijan" couriers, the State Agency for Food Security announced the suspension of the company's activity and administrative punishment of its head.
