Bishkek: The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the Republic of Korea, Aida Ismailova, recently visited the facilities of Woojin Industrial Systems and Blue Network, two prominent Korean companies specializing in eco-friendly transport and electric vehicle charging stations, as announced by the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry.
According to Trend News Agency, during her visit to Woojin Industrial Systems, Ambassador Ismailova engaged in discussions with the company’s vice president, Kwang Seok Kim, about establishing a production line for assembling electric buses in Kyrgyzstan. This initiative aims to enhance public transport, improve environmental conditions, and increase travel comfort for Kyrgyz citizens.
The Ambassador also toured the Blue Network facility, which specializes in manufacturing charging stations for electric vehicles. Discussions with the company’s management included plans to supply these charging stations to Kyrgyzstan to build an electric transport infrastructure. Samples have already been sent to Kyr
gyzstan and are currently undergoing testing, marking a significant step toward promoting environmentally friendly transport and transitioning to sustainable energy sources.
