“Main duty is a provision of security of civilian people,” said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov while speaking about Russian Army in Ukraine, APA’s correspondent in Moscow reports.

“Russian Army is doing everything for provision of security of civilian people. We see attempts of Ukrainian nationalist groups, that use civilians, civil objects, residential buildings as live helmets, to use civilians. It is unacceptable,” stressed Kremlin spokesperson.
