Kyrgyz President Engages in Talks with Uzbekistan’s Presidential Administration Head

Bishkek: President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov today received the Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, to discuss bilateral cooperation. The talks focused on strengthening cultural, humanitarian, and educational ties between the two nations. President Zhaparov highlighted the progress in Kyrgyz-Uzbek relations, attributing it to the collaborative efforts with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, which have fortified their strategic partnership.

According to Trend News Agency, Mirziyoyeva expressed gratitude for the warm reception and conveyed greetings from President Mirziyoyev. She underscored the high quality of intergovernmental relations based on mutual respect and peaceful coexistence, stressing the crucial role of both nations' leaders. She also mentioned the youth intellectual competition 'Zakovat' held in Bishkek, which she described as a symbol of the cooperative spirit and friendly relations between Kyrgyz and Uzbek youth.

At the end of the meeting, President Zhaparov extended his best wishes to Mirziyoyeva in her governmental duties.
