Baku: President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov has extended his congratulations to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day. The gesture was made through a letter, as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Japarov expressed his sincere congratulations on behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and himself. He praised Azerbaijan for its significant achievements as an independent nation, highlighting the country’s effective management of both domestic and international issues. Japarov noted that Azerbaijan now holds a noteworthy position and commands respect on the global stage.
