Baku: The legal status of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund has been determined, APA reports. The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a decision in this regard, clarifying the organizational placement of the fund within the governmental framework.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund Open Joint-Stock Company has been included in the list of entities that are subordinate to, but not incorporated into, the structure of the Ministry of Economy. This decision outlines the fund's hierarchical position and operational jurisdiction within Azerbaijan's economic governance.
