Lieutenant-General Karim Valiyev has been dismissed from his post as Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Chief of Staff, and appointed First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Chief of Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.
