OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ann Linde and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov discussed escalation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in a telephone conversation. Linda wrote about this on her Twitter account on Thursday.

“I called for continuing the de-escalation process, reaffirming support for the Minsk Group co-chairs and my personal representative,” she wrote.
