President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has given a guarantee during a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy today, said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, APA reports.

Kuleba said Lukashenko had assured that Belarusian troops would not be used against Ukraine.
