Guba: A 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck Azerbaijan's Guba district on Friday, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reported. The quake was recorded at 20:56 local time and occurred at a depth of 13 kilometers.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the earthquake was felt at close to magnitude 5 around the epicenter.
