Baku: In accordance with the military cooperation plan between the Ministries of Defense of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Trkiye, the main planning conference for the "Eternity-2026" computer-assisted command-and-staff exercise took place in Baku, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the exercise is scheduled for November 2026 and will include military personnel from the three participating countries, along with representatives of the State Agency for Protection of Strategic Facilities of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Railways.

The exercise is designed around a scenario that focuses on the tactical-level protection and defense of strategic facilities and communication lines across the territories of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Trkiye.

During the conference, participants discussed the exercise theme and objectives, the composition of the joint headquarters, the conduct of field tactical episodes, and other organizational matters.
