According to Azeri-Press News Agency, European stock markets presented a mixed scenario. The FTSE 100 index climbed by 0.24% to 10,491.39 points. Conversely, Germany's DAX index experienced a decline, dropping by 0.8% to 25,184.89 points. France's CAC-40 index fell by 1.03%, reaching 8,173.11 points, and the Euro Stoxx 50 index decreased by 1.18% to 6,064.15 points.
On the global stage, currency markets observed the euro's appreciation against the U.S. dollar. The euro rose by 0.09%, bringing the exchange rate to $1.1642.
