Baku: To implement the current management of “Azerenergy” Open Joint Stock Company, a Board will be established consisting of three members, including the chairman appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, along with two deputies, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree in this regard. The Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with approving the company’s charter and structure within one month, in coordination with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
