Barcelona:Real Madrid triumphed over Barcelona with a 2-1 victory in a La Liga match at Camp Nou, disrupting the defending champions' unbeaten run this season.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the win places Real Madrid just three points behind Barcelona at the top of the league standings.

The match commenced with Anthony Gordon's early attempts, which were effectively managed by Madrid's goalkeeper Andriy Lunin. Despite several efforts by both teams, it was Kylian Mbappe who scored the first goal for Madrid in the 41st minute, capitalizing on a fortunate ricochet off Gerard Martin.

Barcelona fought back with Raphinha equalizing after receiving a strategic pass from Pedri. However, Mbappe's late goal, his 100th for Real Madrid, sealed the victory. Featuring impressive collaborations from Jude Bellingham and Eduardo Camavinga, Mbappe's decisive strike came just two minutes before the match concluded, ensuring Madrid's triumph over their arch-rivals.
