Baku: The Media Development Agency recently hosted a series of meetings with communication and media representatives from various Uzbek state institutions. These meetings were part of the reciprocal visits and media tours linked to the implementation of the ‘Road Map’ on the Development of Media Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The event brought together communication officials from several Uzbek state institutions and media representatives, as reported by the Agency to APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Natig Mammadli, the Deputy Executive Director of the Media Development Agency, highlighted the successful development of the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan across all domains. Mammadli stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation in the media field, noting that expanding experience and resource exchange, launching joint projects, and supporting the professional development of communication officers and journalists are crucial components of the roadmap.
Participants praised the Agency’s systematic approach toward media development, particularly its focus on advancing media outlets and accelerating digital transformation processes. They expressed confidence that such initiatives will greatly contribute to the sustainable development of media in both countries.
