“Managers of educational facilities are free in the provision of a shift in schools, where a crowd is observed,” head of Baku City Education Department Mehriban Valiyeva told journalists, APA reports.

According to her, principals can organize the teaching process in turn in order to regulate the problem: “If there is really great crowd, it is possible to conduct the teaching process on Saturdays to remove the crowd. Truly, certain problems may appear regarding Saturday, but managers of facilities can carry out a survey and set up their works relevant to it.”
