Ankara: As part of the visit to Ankara, Gunay Afandiyeva, Deputy Chairperson of the Milli Majlis Committee for Culture, met with Ismail Hakki Musa, General Coordinator of the Diplomacy Academy of Turkish Foreign Ministry.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, during the meeting, the sides discussed further strengthening of comprehensive cooperation between Azerbaijan and Trkiye, parliamentary diplomacy, as well as the promotion of common cultural heritage.

Gunay Afandiyeva then met with young diplomats studying at the Academy. She highlighted the essence of diplomacy, the strategic depth of relations between Azerbaijan and Trkiye, and prospects for development of the Turkic world in the future.

The meeting also focused on common language, alphabet, and history. Gunay Afandiyeva then responded to questions from young diplomats.
