The Southern Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held joint exercise with the rescue team of the Masalli District Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service on the theme “Rescue of injured persons by using mountaineering equipment”.

The exercise aimed at further improving the mutual activity of the rescue units and increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees on rescue operations.

During the exercise, the rescuers carried out operative reconnaissance work in accordance with operational conditions in the “high-rise building” where the simulated accident occurred and evacuated the “injured” using special rescue tools and equipment, “provided urgent first aid” to them, and also successfully performed other assigned tasks.

In the end, the results of the exercise were discussed and relevant instructions were given.
