So, the Agency’s specialists revealed the fact of the construction works by an unknown person or persons without the relevant permitting documents near the Binagadi-Novkhani road in Absheron district.

In connection with this issue, the illegal facility under construction was demolished according to the appropriate measures taken by the MES State Agency for Control over Safety in Construction jointly with the Absheron District Executive Authority and the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee.
