Milan: Milan have confirmed the signing of Portuguese striker Gon§alo Ramos, who has signed a contract until June 2031, the Football Italia reported.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Serie A giants Milan confirmed the transfer of Portugal international Gon§alo Ramos with an official statement on Tuesday. 'AC Milan today announced the signing of Gon§alo Matias Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain FC,' Milan said. 'The Portuguese striker has signed a contract with the Club until 30 June 2031.'

'Born in Olho on 20 June 2001, Gon§alo Ramos honed his talent in the youth academies of S.C. Olhanense and S.L. Benfica, where he rose through the ranks before making his professional debut in 2019. He went on to make over 100 appearances and score 41 goals for Benfica, emerging as one of Portugal's most exciting talents and helping the club secure the Primeira Liga title in the 2022/23 season.'

Reports in Italy suggest that Ramos is expected to cost up to £80m including add-ons, yet the Rossoneri have not unveiled the transfer fee for their new signing. 'In the summer of 2023, he joined Paris Saint-Germain FC, where he has continued to compete at the highest level of European football,' the Rossoneri continued.

During his time in Paris, he has won three Ligue 1 titles, two Coupe de France trophies, three Troph©e des Champions, two UEFA Champions League titles, one UEFA Super Cup and one FIFA Intercontinental Cup, while scoring 45 goals in 131 appearances.
