BAKU: Military attachés of foreign countries accredited in Azerbaijan visited the Baku International Sea Trade Port in line with the 2024 action plan approved by the Defense Minister, as reported by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense to APA. The visit aimed to foster international cooperation and provide insight into the port’s strategic importance and operations.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, representatives from 15 military attaché offices across 12 countries participated in the event. The attachés received a comprehensive briefing that covered the history of the Baku International Sea Trade Port, detailing its activities, areas of cooperation, and future plans. The session also included a Q and A segment where attendees could address specific queries.
Concluding the briefing, the military attachés toured the port’s infrastructure and facilities, gaining firsthand experience of the operations within the territory of the port. The visit underscores the ongoing efforts to enhance international milit
ary relations and showcase the capabilities of the Baku International Sea Trade Port.
