Baku: A military parade is set to take place in Baku on November 8 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Victory Day, following directives from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Defense has confirmed the event rehearsals for the parade are currently underway, involving various units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Azerbaijan Army. These preparations include flights of aviation vehicles and the movement and relocation of military equipment and ships along predefined routes within Baku and its surrounding areas.
