Baku: The Milli Majlis has extended congratulations to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva in celebration of the Nowruz and Ramadan holidays, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Speaker Sahiba Gafarova suggested during the parliamentary session held today to send a formal congratulatory letter to both President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva. This proposal was warmly received and met with applause from the parliament members.
