Aghdara: A mine incident occurred in the territory of Giziloba village in the liberated Aghdara district, the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) told AZERTAC. An employee of a non-governmental organization engaged in humanitarian demining operations, Karimov Elvin Hamiddin oglu, born in 1988, was injured as a result of a pedestrian mine explosion while performing his official duties. As a result of the incident, his right leg was amputated at the ankle level.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the injured person was evacuated to the district central hospital, and his condition is reported to be satisfactory.
