“Today, many people do not like to talk about it. However, today a fact is that although a very short time has passed since the war, Azerbaijan unilaterally has taken very positive steps,” said Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.

According to the minister, to allow cargo to pass through the territory of Azerbaijan, creating opportunity for the supply of gas from Russia to Armenia through the Azerbaijani gas transportation system in the winter of 2020, use of the highway passing through the territory of Azerbaijan by Armenian vehicles- all of these are positive steps taken by Azerbaijani side: “It is a sample of that the conflict remained in past, and look into the future. As the President noted at the opening of the Baku Global Forum today, we still do not see the return of these steps. However, we think that the sooner the Armenian side understands, the better it will be for itself in the first place.”
