Baku: “Azerbaijan’s position on the opening of transport communication lines between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan is clear,” stated Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in a statement to journalists.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the minister further emphasized that Azerbaijan expects Armenia to fulfill its obligations.
