Yerevan: Gasoline imports from Azerbaijan prevented a price surge in Armenia amid developments in the Middle East, Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan told journalists, Armenpress reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, if there had been no fuel supply from Azerbaijan, gasoline prices would have increased by several hundred drams. Papoyan emphasized that, despite the current turbulence in the energy market, gasoline prices have risen significantly worldwide, but only slightly in Armenia.
