Baku: "As a result of the policy pursued over many years, the conflict was put to an end," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, new realities have emerged in the South Caucasus. The minister highlighted the significance of these changes, noting that initial elements are expected to manifest in 2025, with further developments anticipated in 2026.

The minister emphasized that for a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia to be signed, it is crucial for Armenia to amend its constitution and fully implement the obligations under the TRIPP project. He mentioned recent civil society exchanges between the two countries and a meeting of the delimitation commission in Gabala as steps towards this goal.

Jeyhun Bayramov also pointed out that Azerbaijan is facilitating the delivery of grain and oil products to Armenia, demonstrating a cooperative approach amid ongoing negotiations.
