The Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov has addressed a letter of condolence regarding the tragic death of the minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation, Yevgeny Zinichev to the staff of that ministry, APA reports citing the website of Ministry of Emergency Situations.

In the letter, K.Heydarov recalling the service of the Russian minister always in ensuring the security of his country noted that he heroically died while rescuing a human life.

Kamaladdin Heydarov noting he was saddened by the news of the death of Yevgeny Zinichev as a talented leader, statesman, and respected colleague has expressed his deepest condolence to the staff of the Russian MES.
