As a result of the joint cooperation of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and MES Main Department for Development of Digital Technologies and Innovations, the Agency started providing services to entrepreneurs at “ASAN xidmət”.

Thus, at the initial stage, entrepreneurs will be able to use the two services provided by the State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations at the newly opened “ASAN xidmət” center No. 7 in Baku.

Through the center, entrepreneurs can obtain the “Excerpt on the registration of potentially hazardous facilities in the state register” and the “Special permit” for the circulation of items (explosives substances and devices; combustible substances and pyrotechnic items) with restricted civil circulation.

It is planned to gradually implement the process at other centers operating in Baku city and regions. In the next stage, it is planned to increase the number of provided services.

It should be noted that the implementation of such services through the “ASAN xidmət” center will increase transparency, simplify the process and improve the satisfaction of entrepreneurs.
