Ministry of Finance decided to reduce debt again

The Ministry of Finance will place new bonds at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 17.

This is reported by the BSE.

The report says that the placement is planned for 2 years at 6% per annum in the amount of 50 million manats. This amount is down by 10 times from the auction on December 29 last year. So, at the last auction in 2022, the Ministry “borrowed” 500 million manats for a period of 10 months at 4.5% per annum
