Abu dhabi: The second day of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) featured a session of the Forum of Ministers and High-Level Authorities on Housing and Urbanism of Latin America and the Caribbean (MINURVI). According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, MINURVI was established in 1992 with the aim of promoting sustainable urban development through regional cooperation.
