Monaco Triumphs Over PSG with Golovin’s Quick Goal

Paris: Russian midfielder Aleksandr Golovin secured a victory for Monaco in their away match against Paris Saint-Germain during the 25th round of the French football championship. Golovin's decisive performance led to a 3-1 win for Monaco.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Golovin made an immediate impact after entering the field in the 54th minute, scoring just a minute later against Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov. This goal marks Golovin's third in the French championship this season, adding to his tally of five assists across 18 tournament matches.

Despite the loss, PSG remains at the top of the French league table with 57 points, while Monaco holds the fifth position with 40 points. PSG is set to play their next match away against Nice on March 21, whereas Monaco will host Brest on March 14.
