Baku: Recent positive developments in the South Caucasus show that even intense conflicts can be transformed into peace, the United Nations High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations Miguelngel Moratinos said during the opening ceremony of the 13th Global Baku Forum, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Moratinos expressed his gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and his government for hosting the event in Baku. He highlighted the significance of the forum as an invaluable platform for reflection, dialogue, and collective action in times of global uncertainty.
