More Than 60 Foreigners Evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan During the Day

Astara: More than 60 foreigners have been evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan within a day, as the evacuation process continues at the Astara border crossing point. The movement of people through this transit route has been steady, with no significant crowd reported at the border checkpoint during the day.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, by the evening, the evacuation mainly involved foreign citizens from countries including Australia, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Italy, and Iran. These individuals were able to return to their respective countries through a designated humanitarian corridor.

The evacuation process at the Astara border crossing point remains ongoing, ensuring the safe transit of foreign nationals.
