“I believe that the Munich Security Conference will be of great importance in terms of exposing a smear campaign launched against Azerbaijan by certain Western politicians. Azerbaijan’s high-level representation at the conference is commendable in this regard,” Azerbaijani MP Tural Ganjaliyev told AZERTAC.

He said the Munich Security Conference is an event of global importance, bringing together the heads of state of leading countries, focusing on international political and military issues.

The Azerbaijani MP also noted that conveying the Azerbaijani realities to the world community, expressing the country’s stance, as well as Azerbaijan’s role in ensuring peace and security in the region will be high on the event’s agenda.
