National Coordinator Highlights Housing as Foundation of Sustainable Development at WUF13

Baku: WUF13 once again demonstrated that housing is not only a basic human need, but also the foundation of dignity, resilience, social inclusion, economic opportunity, and sustainable development, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture Anar Guliyev said at the closing ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Anar Guliyev emphasized that addressing the global housing crisis requires effective multilateral cooperation, innovative financing mechanisms, and coordinated action at all levels.

WUF13 has been recognized as a significant global platform for dialogue and cooperation, focusing on the safe, sustainable, and dignity-oriented development of cities.
