Baku: The archive of the National Film Fund will be digitized, APA reports. This initiative is part of the 'Azerbaijani Culture - 2040' Culture Concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was approved by an order signed by Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the plan outlines that at least 60 percent of the National Film Fund and at least 50 percent of each of the state television and radio archives will be digitized. The digitization initiative aims to preserve and modernize the cultural records and heritage of Azerbaijan, ensuring broader access and long-term conservation of these important resources.
