Baku: The registration process has begun for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year for the 'Mother Tongue - Azerbaijani School' project, which is implemented by the Azerbaijan Young Teachers Association for Azerbaijani children living abroad. Classes for the second semester are scheduled to start on February 1, 2026.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the curriculum for the project not only emphasizes the development of language skills but also includes imparting systematic knowledge about Azerbaijan's history, literature, geography, and cultural heritage. This comprehensive approach aims to enrich the understanding and appreciation of Azerbaijani culture among the participants.
The deadline for registration has been set for January 28, 2026, providing ample time for interested individuals to enroll in the program. Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded a certificate corresponding to their level of proficiency in the Azerbaijani language.
