Baku: In line with the 2025 Individual Partnership Cooperation Programme established between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and NATO, a specialized course titled ‘Studying Experience’ is currently being conducted in Azerbaijan. This initiative is facilitated by the Mobile Training Team of the Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum, based in the Netherlands.

according to Azeri-Press News Agency, Lieutenant General Azer Aliyev, Chief of the Main Operational Department of the Ministry of Defense, addressed the opening of the course. He extended a welcome to the guests and participants, highlighting the significance of such events in fostering Azerbaijan-NATO military cooperation. He noted the successful application of acquired experiences by Azerbaijani servicemen in their professional duties in recent years.

The course instructors provided participants with foundational information about NATO, including briefings on the organizational structure of NATO and insights gained from various exercises and operations.

The event is being held at the War Games Center of the National Defense University, where theoretical and practical sessions on NATO’s operational planning and management, along with other relevant topics, are being conducted.
