Natural Gas Prices Experience Marginal Increase in Europe

Amsterdam: Natural gas prices in Europe witnessed a minor increase today, as the price for 1,000 cubic meters of gas hovered near the $400 mark during auctions. The TTF (Title Transfer Facility of the Netherlands), known for being Europe’s most active virtual sales hub, recorded the price of September futures at $399.7, reflecting a slight rise of 0.1% from the previous price of $399.1.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Europe via the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) commenced on December 31, 2020. This pipeline serves as a crucial link in the supply chain, enhancing the accessibility of Azerbaijani gas to European markets.
