Baku: The leadership of Azerbaijan’s delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) has seen a change, with Gaya Mammadov taking over as the new head.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Gaya Mammadov has been confirmed as the successor to Azay Guliyev, who previously led Azerbaijan’s delegation to the OSCE PA. The transition marks a significant shift in the representation for Azerbaijan at this key international assembly, which focuses on inter-parliamentary cooperation and dialogue across a broad range of security, political, and economic issues.
