Aidar Tokonov was appointed a new director of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the Bishkek City Hall. Vice Mayor Murat Osmonov announced it at a meeting of the permanent commission of the Bishkek City Hall for housing and communal services, fuel and energy complex, transport, communications and ecology.

According to him, earlier Aidar Tokonov worked for the Transport Directorate of the Department for Presidential Affairs.

The former head of the department, Maksat Nusuvaliev, was appointed mayor of Tokmak on May 13.
