Baku: Shabnam Jafarova, a historian at Baku State University, has published her monograph 'The Armenian Issue in the Context of the Common National Interests of Trkiye and Azerbaijan.'

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the book is based on nearly 15 years of research and extensive archival materials from the UK, Russia, Trkiye, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. It explores the historical emergence of the Armenian issue, the role of Armenian political and religious organizations, and the influence of major powers in the region.

The monograph was reviewed by Professor Ibrahim Zeynalov, Dean of the Faculty of History at BSU, and Professor Musa Gasimli, a corresponding member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). It also addresses contemporary developments, including the 44-day Patriotic War. The publication serves as a resource for students, researchers, and specialists in history and regional studies.
