Baku: The formation of a vegetable oil production cluster in Azerbaijan is planned to be promoted in 2026-2030, APA-Economics reports. The initiative is part of the 'State Program for 2026-2030 on the development of production and processing sectors of agricultural, fisheries, and aquaculture products in the Republic of Azerbaijan.'

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the program aims to support the crop production sector by implementing incentive mechanisms to attract investments. This initiative is expected to boost vegetable oil production significantly. Additionally, the establishment of at least two vegetable oil processing plants is targeted, aligning with the program's goals to enhance production capabilities in the country.
