Next Batch of Monkeypox Test Kits to be Delivered to Azerbaijan.


BAKU: A legal entity of public law, ‘Health Care Provision Center’, under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has initiated the procurement of PCR test kits designed for the detection of the monkeypox virus. This development was reported via a unified internet portal of public procurement.

According to Trend News Agency, the plan includes the delivery of 5,000 sets of PCR test kits, 5,000 tubes for samples collected from the nasal and neck areas, and 5,000 sets of reagents, among other necessary components. The ‘Health Care Provision Center’ has entrusted the delivery of these PCR test kits to ‘Labservis LTD’ LLC, with which it has signed a contract valued at 106,554 manat ($62,679).
