Baku: In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues, APA reports. The next relocation convoy has successfully reached the city of Khojavand, the Girmizi Bazar settlement, and the village of Khojavand.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, at a ceremony held for the residents returning to their native homeland, they were presented with the keys to their new homes. The event was attended by employees of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the districts of Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand, representatives of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as other officials.

At this stage, the relocation saw 20 families, comprising 81 individuals, moving to the city of Khojavand. Additionally, 2 families, totaling 9 people, were relocated to the Girmizi Bazar settlement, and 5 families, comprising 17 people, were moved to the village of Khojavand. These families had previously been temporarily accommodated in various parts of the country, including dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

The relocation marks another step forward in the ongoing efforts to resettle families in territories liberated from occupation, reflecting the continued commitment to the Great Return initiative under the directive of President Ilham Aliyev.
